Happy September!
Every parent at Terra Linda is a part of the Parent Teacher Club! The PTC sponsors many school events and also supports learning and enrichment opportunities in the classroom (i.e. Art Literacy, Running Club, Classroom Funding, and the Scholastic Book Fair). As we start this new school year, we look forward to partnering with our amazing teachers and supporting our learners!

Tiger Trot: October 3rd!
Mark your calendars, the Terra Linda Tiger Trot is October 3rd! The Tiger Trot is our main fundraising event for the year and a huge highlight for the kids. Packets will be sent home this week with more information about the event and how to start gathering pledges. Pledges will help them earn prizes for their grade level and school! If you have any questions please email Lauren Hopkins at tigertrot@terralindaptc.org
During the following times, all students will do a warmup with Mr. Inwards, then have 20 minutes to run/jog/walk with their grade level classes.
- 5th Grade – 8:30-9:10
- SRC – 9:30-10:10
- 3rd Grade – 10:25-11:05
- 4th Grade – 11:20-12:00
- 1st Grade – 12:50-1:30
- Kindergarten – 1:35-2:15
- 2nd Grade – 2:20-3:00
On the day of the event, students will receive their Tiger Trot t-shirts to wear while they participate. We will have music playing, an inflatable arch at the start line, and pom poms for cheering.
Families are welcome to attend as a visitor (please sign in at the office before heading to the track) to cheer on students or sign up to help volunteer at the event in ParentSquare. We hope to see you there! .
* If you are bringing younger children with you, please do not allow them to use playground equipment as we don’t have liability coverage for visitors during the school day.
